There’s nothing quite like the smell of freshly baked bread, that’s what pulls our customers in day after day! Here at Bake Bar we pride ourselves on being one of Sydney’s most popular artisan bakeries, selling a range of delicious goods baked in house every day.

We use wholesome, high quality and seasonal produce to handcraft bread, pastries and fresh meals. We’re located around Sydney’s Eastern and inner city suburbs in five separate locations, with a Paddington café & bakery, a Rose Bay cafe & bakery, a Double Bay cafe & bakery, a Randwick café & bakery, a Darlinghurst cafe & bakery and a Harris Farm Bondi Junction bakery.

All our Sydney bakeries are bustling hubs, the perfect spot to sit and grab a bite to eat with friends, hang out on the weekend with a lazy coffee and breakfast, or even to grab a quick bite on the go for lunch.

We have a wide variety of traditional bread and pastries on offer, including sourdough, croissants, pies, cakes, gluten free options and more! Special pastries and baked goods are also available for religious holidays, including, Hamentashen, Chanukah donuts, flourless cakes for Passover, hot cross buns and mince pies. Catering is available and we can accommodate any special dietary requirements.

Our fresh seasonal cafe menu features European and Mediterranean influenced dishes, including our signature shakshuka, delicious brekkie rolls, pasta, sandwiches, salads and soups, all made without any preservatives or additives. Director, Gili Gold, is committed to producing innovative goods that keep our customers coming back for more. She has always loved cooking and creating, which dates to her childhood memories spent in her Grandmother’s kitchen.

Her love of food meant she was always entertaining people at her home, and when she opened Bake Bar in Randwick in 2012, she wanted to create a space where people could come together to enjoy wholesome food and create a community.

She is dedicated to perfecting her craft, and trials and refines her recipes for the perfect balance of flavour and texture. It’s this ethos that makes Bake Bar
