We have an open bakery where you can watch our breads, pastries, pies and sausage rolls being baked all day.
You can take home your favourite loaf of hot bread or we can slice it in-store.

Our menu is fresh, uncomplicated and flavour some without a single preservative, additive or hidden nasty anywhere in sight. We strive to source local ingredients whenever we can. By doing so we can support our local farmers, build lasting and meaningful relationships and ensure our ingredients are of the highest quality. It’s about finding the very best in a way that is good for all of us. That helps us become a community focal point wherever we set up shop and our reputation is spreading fast. But there’s even more to Bake Bar than that and it’s our baking that really sets us apart.

Our Director Gili Gold has dedicated her life to perfecting her craft and she has become one of the most innovative artisan bakers in Australia. Using a foundation of sustainable, local produce Gili develops her unique recipes – then trials and refines them until she’s completely happy that her high standards of texture and flavour have been met. This process consistently delivers the original, truly delicious results we are becoming famous for. Under her leadership, the Bake Bar team continually develop new ideas and flavours – experimenting and adjusting until another Bake Bar masterpiece is born.
